要約: | The present research aims to define the set of basic evaluation premises of the technical and pedagogical quality concerning educational applications of Digital TV, having the basis for definiton of such set of premises, studies and mediation regarding the learning processes based on the authors Juan Ignacio Pozo, Paulo Freire and Marco Silva.. The literature review aims to build a theorethical guide on the analog television and digital TV characterizing the evolution of the analog television to get to the digital one aiming to get support and foundation to give sequence to the project. Before the evaluation form definition they were carried out researches to identify evaluation patterns of educational softwares and proposals of quality evaluation of the Digital TV which could be used on tests with some digital TV applications available on the Internet and based on the results of such tests, being able to define an application to be used on the empiric part of the research. On this study, it was worked with students and teachers of the school "Cantinho Feliz" Passo Fundo and with scholars of the project "Laboratório Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas em Inclusão Digital, Processos Educativos e TV Digital (LITVD)", who are college students of the graduating courses at Passo Fundo University, within the months of August 2012 and May 2014, using for the data collection the evaluation form of educational application on Digital TV, suggested on this research and interviews, being the fieldwork at the Digital TV lab at UPF- Passo Fundo University, and also in the classroom Cantinho Feliz with the recording of the activities through shooting and photos. After the accomplishment of the data collecting process, it was carried out the written form with details of the procedures used on the data collection and then the data analysis by the method with 26 premises. The initial version of the evaluation form educational applications of digital television was tested by evaluating technical and pedagogically interactive application through the tic-tac-toe evaluation which enabled to adjust and validate the evaluation form of educational applications on the Digital TV |

A revisão de literatura visa construir um aporte teórico sobre televisão analógica e TV Digital, caracterizando a evolução da televisão analógica até à televisão digital com o objetivo de obter suporte e embasamento para dar sequência ao projeto. Antes da definição do formulário de avaliação foram realizadas pesquisas para identificar modelos de avaliação de softwares educativos e propostas de avaliação da qualidade de aplicações de TV Digital que pudessem ser usadas para testes com algumas aplicações de TV Digital disponíveis na Internet e, através dos resultados desses testes, definir uma aplicação a ser usada no trabalho de campo. Nesse estudo, trabalhou-se com os alunos e professoras da Escola Cantinho Feliz do Município de Passo Fundo e com os bolsistas do projeto Laboratório Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas em Inclusão Digital, Processos Educativos e TV Digital (LITVd) que são acadêmicos de cursos de graduação da Universidade de Passo Fundo, no período de agosto de 2012 a maio de 2014, tendo como instrumentos de coleta de dados o formulário de avaliação de aplicações educacionais de TV Digital, sugerido nesta pesquisa e entrevistas, sendo o trabalho de campo realizado no laboratório de TV Digital da Universidade de Passo Fundo (UPF), e também em sala de aula, na Escola Cantinho Feliz, com o registro das atividades através de filmagens e fotos. Após a realização do processo de coleta dos dados, foi realizada a escrita do relatório com detalhamento dos procedimentos usados, e em seguida a análise dos dados obtidos com utilização do instrumento criado nesta pesquisa com 26 premissas.
