Özet: | The lack of materials and methodological proposals for the development of pedagogical work in the teaching of Computing, as well as the difficulties that the public authorities have in implementing policies for teaching projects in the area of Digital Culture, motivated this work, which falls within the line of research on Educational Processes and Language at PPGEDU/UPF. The research has as its guiding question the following question: What are the main challenges in the process of implementing a computing project in a public education network? The objectives of this study are: to report the challenges and opportunities in the process of implementing the Digital Culture project in the municipality of Passo Fundo/RS; understand what elements constitute Computing and how it presents itself in Education; and, finally, analyze public policy implementation processes in Computing in Basic Education. The study is exploratory, qualitative and participatory in nature, and involved the development of a didactic sequence based on BNCC Computing, with 181 classes offered to teachers who work with Computing in all years of the Early Years stage of Elementary Education. This sequence is already being used by the municipal network of Passo Fundo/RS and, through forms and monitoring tables, it was possible to evaluate the progress of the Digital Culture Project and the feasibility of its application in classes. As a result, after examining three categories of analysis, based on research carried out with teachers who are working with the project, the study pointed to the need for better training of the team working in the classroom, as well as the consolidation of the group of work. Furthermore, the elaborated classes proved to be an excellent teaching resource, even if it needs to be adapted according to the reality of each school or year. Furthermore, it showed that knowing the teaching material, digital tools and the students' profile are fundamental to the successful implementation of Computing teaching. Finally, it should be noted that this dissertation is accompanied by a sequence of classes offered to teachers from the municipal network of Passo Fundo/RS and which will be made available on the website https://www.computacional.com.br/. |
