Yhteenveto: | This scientific article aims to analyze how the fundamental right to health is implemented through public policies that aim to encourage access to population health. Also, address its implications in the sphere of judicialization. Going through the delimitations and dimensions that the judicialization of health encompasses to implement the law, its constitutional bias and the protection of the population. Exploring the growth of health-related demands and ways that should be used to avoid fraudulent actions. Furthermore, we address the impacts that an erroneous action causes, its harmfulness to public coffers, highlighting the importance of observing the legal framework that encompasses health demands, functioning as guides and filters for actions that do not comply with what is proposed. In addition to researching the feasibility and efficiency of judicialization of procedures and problems that the topic faces. Evaluate positive and negative points of judicialization and its impact on society. |
