要約: | The complex context that surrounds the health demands of the population requires that the professionals involved are properly prepared to provide a qualified and efficient care based on integrality and interprofessionality. For this, the changes must occur in the scope of professional training, with curricular changes that closely approximate the theory of practice. Therefore, the Ministry of Health created the Education for Work Program (PET-Saúde). The general objective of the research was: To evaluate the preparation of the subjects involved in PET-Health UPF to work in the SUS according to the precepts of integrality and interprofessionality. The methodology adopted is qualitative for the research. Data collection took place through semi-structured interviews, which were supported by three (3) guiding questions, which were: 1. How was participating in PET-Saúde? 2. What skills (knowledge, skills, attitudes and values) did you develop in PET-Health? 3. Has there been any change in your life from the development of PET-Health activities? If so, what were they? I justify the realization of this study, emphasizing that it is essential to monitor and evaluate the guidelines proposed by the National Curricular Guidelines for health courses, as well as the programs of reorientation of vocational training, in this specific work the Education for Work Program for Health (PET-HEALTH). For this, it is necessary to construct and apply evaluation and monitoring instruments that function as indicators of course and course corrections. As results we can emphasize a very familiar familiarity of the subjects interviewed with the terms and concepts used by the authors who work the subject; Demonstrated in their speeches how clear in their conceptions the positive role that the program has in the process of health training; Through the placements it was also possible to recognize that the program is managing to instill in its participants the need and benefit of developing some essential skills for SUS qualification; The recognition of the participants on the relevance of teaching-service-community integration. |
