Fatores de oportunidade de melhoria no clima organizacional de um escritório de contabilidade: um estudo de caso com líderes e liderados

Summary: | The present task has as its aim to understand opportunities for improving the organizational environment in an accounting office. The factors are analyzed through the managers and the workers’ perceptions. The office is located in Sarandi/RS. For better understanding how some analysis categories have impact in the organization, it was done bibliographic research with authors as Reinaldo Dias (2013), Daniel Goleman (1997), Cecília Bergamini (2008), Roberto Coda (2016), among others, in order to get their importance clear and also their influence in the team development and in reaching organizational results. The results point out some factors of improvement opportunity, as the lack of goals planning, dialogues between managers and workers and support while taking decisions. These points influence the team performance. The answers presented syntony between the managers and workers opinions, which means both understand the fails existence. Besides the points to be improved, some good points were understood as something to be kept, as the synergy between managers and workers. Thus, it Was possible to suggest improving actions to the critical points and the maintaining of the positive ones. |

Thus, it Was possible to suggest improving actions to the critical points and the maintaining of the positive ones.O presente trabalho teve como objetivo compreender, através da percepção de líderes e liderados, fatores de oportunidade de melhoria no clima organizacional de um escritório de contabilidade, localizado em Sarandi/RS. Para melhor entendimento de como determinadas categorias de análise têm significativo impacto na organização, foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas com autores como Reinaldo Dias (2013), Daniel Goleman (1997), Cecília Bergamini (2008), Roberto Coda (2016), entre outros, a fim de deixar clara a importância delas no desenvolvimento da equipe e no alcance de resultados organizacionais. Os resultados apontam alguns fatores de oportunidade de melhoria como falta de planejamento de metas, diálogo entre líder/liderado e apoio na tomada de decisão, que acabam por interferir no desempenho da equipe. Diante das respostas, houve sintonia entre a percepção dos líderes e dos liderados, o que demonstra que ambos entendem os déficits existentes. Além dos pontos a serem melhorados, foram detectados pontos a serem mantidos como a sinergia entre líder e liderado.
