الملخص: | The present task has as its aim to understand opportunities for improving the organizational environment in an accounting office. The factors are analyzed through the managers and the workers’ perceptions. The office is located in Sarandi/RS. For better understanding how some analysis categories have impact in the organization, it was done bibliographic research with authors as Reinaldo Dias (2013), Daniel Goleman (1997), Cecília Bergamini (2008), Roberto Coda (2016), among others, in order to get their importance clear and also their influence in the team development and in reaching organizational results. The results point out some factors of improvement opportunity, as the lack of goals planning, dialogues between managers and workers and support while taking decisions. These points influence the team performance. The answers presented syntony between the managers and workers opinions, which means both understand the fails existence. Besides the points to be improved, some good points were understood as something to be kept, as the synergy between managers and workers. Thus, it Was possible to suggest improving actions to the critical points and the maintaining of the positive ones. |
