Sumari: | The implementation of this work was intended to elaborate and produce an experimental project for the Advertising and Propaganda course, carrying out research, planning and creation of a communication campaign in which the non-governmental organization Focinhos Carentes, located in Lagoa Vermelha / RS, which acts in the defense and protection of animals. The general objective of this work was to elaborate a communication plan for the 12-month period, with specific objectives, to understand the communication failures of the institution, to suggest effective communication strategies to reinforce the institution's position and image, to know the vision the creation of a Visual Identity Manual (MIV), assisting in the supply and maintenance of communication aligned in digital networks, intensifying relationships with the public, and instigating and fostering loyalty or volunteering. The construction methodology was developed from: briefing and brainstorming. It was possible to identify positive results, both planning and creation are effective for the organization, taking into account their real problems. |

It was possible to identify positive results, both planning and creation are effective for the organization, taking into account their real problems.A implementação deste trabalho teve a intenção de elaborar e produzir um projeto experimental para o curso de Publicidade e Propaganda, realizando etapas de pesquisa, planejamento e criação de uma campanha de comunicação no qual aplicou-se a organização não governamental Focinhos Carentes, situada em Lagoa Vermelha/RS, que atua na defesa e proteção dos animais. O objetivo geral deste trabalho foi elaborar um plano de comunicação para o período de 12 meses, tendo como objetivos específicos, compreender quais são as falhas de comunicação da instituição, sugerir estratégias de comunicação efetivas para reforçar o posicionamento e imagem da instituição, conhecer a visão do público em relação a ONG, exercitar e tomar posse da conscientização, explanar a criação de um Manual de Identidade Visual (MIV), auxiliar no abastecimento e manutenção da comunicação alinhada nas redes digitais, intensificar relacionamento com os públicos, além de instigar e fidelizar o voluntariado. A metodologia de construção desenvolveu-se a partir de: coleta de briefing e brainstorming.
