Shrnutí: | The main objective of this article is to analyze whether and how urban violence, especially by armed attacks on school institutions, proves to be a factor in the non-implementation of the right to education. In the first chapter, the right to education is understood, its importance, legal basis and data is demonstrated on global education. In the second chapter, cases of attacks on schools are studied, focusing on the case of Suzano and Columbine, to understand the similarities. In the third chapter, proposals are analyzed presented to prevent these attacks. Finally, the importance of a stricter standard in the managing the purchase of firearms and ammunition, in addition to adopting measures to restrict thoughts extremists on social media as the most effective form of prevention. |
