Sumari: | Family succession represents an important and novel stage in the organizational life of family businesses. To achieve this objective, a qualitative and descriptive research was conducted through a single case study. Data collection was carried out through an unstructured interview with the company owner, and data analysis was performed using content analysis. The succession process in a family-owned enterprise refers to the transition of leadership and ownership from one generation to another. It is a critical moment in the company's life, as it can impact its continuity, performance, and organizational culture. The success or failure of the succession process can be influenced by a range of internal and external factors, with the external environment playing a crucial role in this context. |
