Résumé: | This research focuses on the history of the brewing industry in Rio Grande do Sul, analyzing the case of Cervejaria Serrana in the municipality of Passo Fundo. The time frame, from 1880 to 1947, considers the date of the first signs of beer manufacturing in the municipality, until the complete sale of Cervejaria Serrana. |
