Summary: |
When we reflect on how to teach History, we think about and remember our classroom experiences. In the context of teaching History as a science, it is extremely important to understand, beyond experiences, the theoretical and methodological conceptions that a History class should present. Therefore, one of the objectives of this work is to discuss teaching methodologies, taking into account different contexts. Contemporary education faces significant challenges due to global social, technological, and economic changes. Because of this, methodologies and ways of teaching History have undergone changes. In this context, teaching methods and the application of active methodologies emerge as strategies to improve the quality of education. This article explores these approaches, with a particular focus on the use of games as a support tool in History teaching and innovations. |
