Özet: | This Experimental Project aimed to develop a communication plan in the period of 04 months for the NGO Galera Animal da Dóris, located in the municipality of Passo Fundo, Rio Grande do Sul, which works in defense of the maintenance of health, well-being and quality of life of abandoned animals. The project was divided into three stages. The first was based on research, where data and fundamental information about Dóris and Galera Animal were collected. The second stage was defined by campaign planning, where, based on the research, the main communication deficiencies of the NGO were diagnosed and the objectives to be achieved according to the needs of Dóris were defined, as well as the importance of a repositioning the image and increasing the visibility of the NGO, in order, consequently, to increase the number of volunteers in the animal cause, further qualifying the service provided by it. In the third and last stage, the campaign was created, with different pieces of different formats to achieve the objectives proposed in the planning. |

In the third and last stage, the campaign was created, with different pieces of different formats to achieve the objectives proposed in the planning.O presente Projeto Experimental teve como objetivo desenvolver um planejamento de comunicação no período de 04 meses para a ONG Galera Animal da Dóris, situada no município de Passo Fundo, Rio Grande do Sul, que trabalha em defesa da manutenção da saúde, bem-estar e qualidade de vida de animais abandonados. O projeto foi dividido em três etapas. A primeira foi baseada em pesquisa, onde foram levantados dados e informações fundamentais sobre a Dóris e a Galera Animal. A segunda etapa foi definida pelo planejamento de campanha, onde, a partir da pesquisa, diagnosticou-se as principais deficiências de comunicação da ONG e definiu-se os objetivos a serem alcançados de acordo com as necessidades da Dóris, bem como a importância de um reposicionamento de imagem e aumento de visibilidade da ONG, para, consequentemente, promover o aumento do número de voluntários na causa animal, qualificando ainda mais o serviço prestado pela mesma.
