Summary: | The study of the motions had been a great impact in the years of 1990 and since then it has been researched the relationship between the emotions and the memory. Population aging and the increased of life expectancy enlarged the probability of cognitive disorders. Having this in consideration, it is important to promote and maintain the health of the elderly, through interventions that benefits healthy aging and an elaborate retirement. Our emotion is present in experiences that can instigate different types of answers. We had the knowledge that event full emotions can be better remembered than the ones with no emotional character. It has been analyzed the following questions: memory differences between emotional situations, as well as the effect of emotional intensity and recalling in memory of elderly retired bank employees. The present research had a qualitative character and its subjects were 10 retired bank employees, with age between 60 and 70 years old, with a normal cognitive profile and without depressive symptomatology. The subjects were evaluating by the applying a Sociodemographic Questionnaire, the Geriatric Depression Scale and the Mini Mental State Examination. In order to analyze the aspects of emotional memory it has been used a semi-structure interview with content analyses and the Poster technique. The present dissertation is structured from a scientific production that sought to evaluate the emotional impact and its relationship with the professional career of elderly retired bank employees. Among the research findings is highlighted that the career is filled with many unique feelings and emotions and felt in different ways by people, even these being inserted in the same working environment, with the same career and at the same moment. It was also evidenced a fresh look in baking carrier based on the analysis of the emotional impact in a baking carrier enhancing a continuous movement has influenced the positive aspects as well as the narratives with satisfaction throughout banking career, the moment of retirement and also post retirement |
