الملخص: | This article aims to analyze the difficulties and challenges faced by the L-Pedagogy course in the professional preparation to assume the position of Pedagogical Coordinator and to reflect on the context of their functions and attributions. The questioning to the initial formation is to be a process of theoretical base and experience in the practice that precedes and prepares for the exercise of the referred office. Due to the diversity of the field of action of the pedagogue, one can see the challenge implied in his initial formation, regarding the preparation for the position of Pedagogical Coordinator. Thus, through the research of the theoretical reference, we can analyze aspects that underlie the role of this professional and the challenges of his training in the pedagogy course. The discrepancy in the construction of their identity is another factor reflected during the research, having as main reference the construction of the teacher knowledge. The Pedagogical Coordinator, on the other hand, must also be recognized as an educator, capable of integrating pedagogical training and planning his identity. |
