Итог: | The process of lifting and moving steel sheets is quite common in the metalworking industries or in different work areas that need and use equipment for this function, according to the size of the load or required weight. However, the reality is that many companies do not have reliable equipment for handling and lifting loads, or worse, in some situations they do not even have any and this process is carried out manually, which can generate accidents and ergonomic risks for operators and anyone in need. around you. With that in mind, the present work aimed to design a beam-type equipment for lifting and moving mainly uncoiled steel sheets, where any suspended or transported load is properly fixed and does not exceed a maximum load of 5 tons. The rocker arm was designed in accordance with the design criteria of the ABNT NBR 8400 (2019) standard, revised through a numerical simulation of finite elements, 2D detailing of its components and, finally, exposing the costs involved in the project for its manufacture. |
