Para tanto, pesquisamos a metáfora do caminho: uma investigação fenomenológica existencial na clínica. Neste trabalho adotamos o método qualitativo: fenomenológico e hermenêutico. O objetivo é, nesta pesquisa, averiguar o sentir afetado, do corpo próprio (Leib) do paciente, por meio dos enunciados metafóricos que transportam sentido e mostram a intencionalidade do eu, para que seja interpretado e desvelado, tornando consciente, quanto à direção e o sentido para o qual tende o automover-se e o mover-se do paciente. Temos, ainda, como objetivo, coadunar os enunciados metafóricos pesquisados, de modo a confirmar que a metáfora do caminho é uma metáfora de raiz, dominante, por ser capaz de gerar e organizar uma rede de outros enunciados metafóricos. Ordenamos os enunciados metafóricos de maneira a formalizá-los (nos enunciados) em estruturais, ontológicos e orientacionais. Estruturamos dois conceitos: A vida é esforço e A vida é caminho. Os enunciados metafóricos ontológicos são os que permitem dar sentido ao fenômeno de modo a podermos lidar com nossas experiências. Nos enunciados metafóricos orientacionais, identificamos o mover-se nas direções e o sentido entre o ir e vir; subir e descer e mostrar e esconder. Dos enunciados metafóricos do fenômeno da angústia consideramos tanto os que tendem a mover-se para um estado depressivo melancólico, como os que tendem para um estado de depressão ansiosa. Apresentamos um estudo de caso da paciente N., como instrumento de um percurso, no contexto da clínica, para apreciação da metáfora do caminho. Concluímos que os enunciados metafóricos, como fenômeno de linguagem, proferidos pelos pacientes na clínica, transportam o sentir afetado do corpo próprio (Leib), valorado pelo tom e intensidade da voz, pelos gestos, pela expressão da fisionomia. E que por meio da interpretação, desvela-se o que intenciona mostrar o eu, vivificado pela força do enunciado, para que se torne consciente a direção e o sentido para o qual tende o automover-se e o mover-se do paciente. ______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis work aims to understand in clinic the metaphorical process present in the patient’s discourse. To do so, we researched the metaphor of the path: a phenomenological existential investigation in the clinic. In this work we adopted a qualitative method: phenomenological and hermeneutical. The goal of this research is to assess the affected feeling, in the patient’s very body (Leib), by means of the metaphorical statements that convey meaning and show the intentionality of the I, so they can be interpreted and unveiled, making them conscious in relation to direction and orientation to which the self-moving and the moving of the patient tend. We also aim to gather the researched metaphorical statements so as to confirm that the metaphor of the path is a root, dominant metaphor, for being able to generate and organize a network of other metaphorical statements. We order the metaphorical statements in such a way to formalize them (in the very statements) into structural, ontological, and orientational. We structured two concepts: ‘Life is effort’ and ‘Life is path’. The metaphorical ontological statements are the ones that allow giving meaning to the phenomenon so we can deal with our experiences. In the orientational metaphorical statements, we identified the moving in directions and the orientation between the coming and going; ascending and descending, and showing and hiding. From the metaphorical statements of the phenomenon of anguish we considered both the ones that tend to moving to a melancholic, depressive state and the ones that tend to a state of anxious depression. We present a case study of patient N., as instrument of a course, in the context of the clinic, for appreciation of the metaphor of the path. We conclude that the metaphorical statements, as language phenomena, uttered by the patients in the clinic, transport the affected feeling of the very body (Leib), valuated by voice tone and intensity, by gestures, by the expression of physiognomy. And that by means of interpretation one can unveil what the I intends to show, vivified by the force of the statement, so the direction and orientation to which the patient’s self-moving and moving tend become conscious. ______________________________________________________________________________________ RÉSUMÉCe travail cherche à comprendre le processus métaphorique présent dans le discours des patients dans le domaine clinique. Par conséquent, nous recherchons la métaphore du chemin: une recherche phénoménologique existentielle dans une perspective clinique. Dans ce travail nous adoptons la méthode qualitative: phénoménologique et herméneutique. L’objectif de ce travail est découvrir le sentiment affecté, dans le corps même (Leib), du patient, à travers le énoncés métaphorique qui transport du sens et montre l’intentionnalité du Je, pour qu’il soit interprété et découvert, en entraînant la prise de conscience du patient en ce qui concerne la direction et le sens vers lesquels tendent son automouvement et son mouvement. De plus, nous avons pour objectif de rassembler les énoncés métaphoriques recherchés, afin de confirmer que la métaphore du chemin est « une métaphore à la racine » dominante, étant capable de générer et d’organiser un réseau avec d’autres énoncés métaphoriques. Nous classifions les énoncés métaphoriques de la suivante manière: structurels, ontologiques, orientationnels. Nous structurons deux concepts: La vie est effort et La vie est chemin. Les énonces métaphoriques ontologiques sont ceux qui permettre de donner du sens au phénomène afin du pourvoir comprendre nos expériences. Dans les énoncés métaphoriques orientationnels, nous identifions le mouvement vers la direction e le sens entre aller et venir, monter et descendre, et montrer et cacher. Des énoncés métaphoriques du phénomène de l’angoisse nous intéressons autant à ceux qui tendent au mouvement vers un état dépressive mélancolique qu’a ceux qui tendent vers un état de dépression anxieux. Nous présentons l’étude du cas de la patiente N., comme instrument d’une route dans le contexte de la clinique, pour apprécier la métaphore du chemin.
