Summary: | As organizações educativas estão atualmente, mais do que nunca, expostas à mudança e à incerteza. Estas, enquanto estruturas abertas a diversas realidades individuais e a vários contextos, defrontam-se com a necessidade de desenvolver estratégias que contribuam para o incremento de processos de aprendizagem otimizados dos alunos e dos elementos que nela trabalham. Este ambiente de constantes mudanças, no qual as organizações educativas estão inseridas, exigem sistemas de gestão estratégicos e orçamentais preparados para as mais diversas situações. É nosso objetivo principal, analisar a inter-relação da gestão estratégica e da gestão orçamental nas escolas/agrupamento. The educational organisations are currently, now more than ever, exposed to change and uncertainty. In light of such exposure to individual realities and contexts, these structures are faced with the need to develop strategies which contribute to the development of optimised learning processes both for the active members and for those participants that the institution receives on a yearly basis. This environment of constant change, in which the schools find themselves, demands management systems that are adapted and prepared for the most diverse situations. In this context, it is our aim to understand the inter-linking of strategic management and budget management in schools or group of schools. |
