Implantation and adaptation of pedagogical activities in an environmental education center from Itaúna-MG

Summary: | The present work reports the implementation of pedagogical activities carried out by means of the elaboration of an itinerary for visits, in addition to monitoring and adaptations of activities at Itaúna-MG Environmental Education Center for the period of a year and a half. The itinerary created included lectures and visits to the of Selective Waste Collection room, kiosks, seedling nursery, among other activities. To analyze these activities and their results visits were made by three classes of Elementary School II and questionnaires were responded at the end of the visitation by both students and teachers. In order to evaluate the answered questionnaires, a grouping of similar responses was carried out. With the results we tried to identify the reflections generated during the visits and the level of students’ interest when working with Environmental Education in a non-formal teaching environment, bearing in mind the attempt to show the importance of the Environmental Education Center for the formation of values and opinions. |
