Streszczenie: | This article is intended to discuss tourism on the north coast of Rio Grande of the South, from an interdisciplinary, theoretical and historical perspective. Climatic, logistical, transport and communication, demographic transition, changes in composition and size of families are related to the necessary reflection on the seasonal nature of tourism in usual model of second homes. Through non-systematic bibliographic review explores aspects of domestic sun and beach tourism in the region, and outlines discussion about behavioral changes in the summer habits of gauchos, with the proposal to describe inflection points that make possible updated understandings and necessary (...) |
