Summary: This dissertation aimed to point out the three main problems in the context of education in schools in Amazonas, which are: Government-School (management and teachers) and family. So, the General Objective was to investigate the main causes of the serious Amazon educational crisis (the research in question was carried out with teachers from a state public school in the city of Manaus-AM) in the three pillars of this education network: Government/School, Teachers and Family aiming for a more promising learning in this education system. This manager is appointed by SEDUC-AM: Department of Education and Sports of Amazonas, which generates a lack of autonomy on the part of this management and causes several problems that need to be solved at school, such as the proper use of government funds, which is another point to be analyzed in this one; what is the role of the federal and state government within this school/teachers and family context? This is the Research Problem. Then, an analysis will be made of the role of the teacher and the family within the school context so that we can understand where the weaknesses of this triad are and what can be done or pointed out as a way to solve the problem. The Research Methodology corresponded to a representative sample that was equivalent to an interview via Google Forms, carried out with 33 teachers; the approach is of a mixed nature: in a bibliographical and qualitative-quantitative way, so that the literature on the subject in question could also be analyzed and a case study carried out in a state school and the data collected were analyzed so that it could be understood how this gear government, school and family are in line or not. The results show in the research carried out with 33 teachers on the research theme, that they agree that the acquisition of knowledge and the education of the student depends on a set of factors and it can be concluded that this set of factors is the responsibility of the educational triad: Government/School, Teaching Professionals and Family, will influence the low learning rate of elementary school II, of the State Education Network of Amazonas.
