Yhteenveto: | The present work deals with the theme of social security law in the international scenario and its effectiveness through international social security agreements, Comparative Law will be an instrumental way for the compatibility of different legal systems in relation to Human Rights guidelines during the process of ratification of agreements. Considering the extensive field of research, it is impossible to detail all the passages, especially historical ones; the research is restricted to relevant and determining factors for legislative development and applicability in the naturalistic world. In each chapter, the national and international geographic field will be delimited as a starting point and the evolution of the concept of Social Security will be demonstrated in the face of the continuous process of globalization. The Problem focuses on the issue of human survival, demonstrating its effectiveness through work to guarantee subsidies for the achievement of personal and social well-being. The solution lies in the breadth of social security rights in international agreements, in order to guarantee full satisfaction of benefits. The guarantee of effectiveness of agreements, regardless of the legal system presented, simply follows: Guarantee the applicability of the premises of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. |

Em cada capítulo será delimitado campo geográfico nacional e internacional como ponto de partida e demonstrada a evolução do conceito de Previdência Social frente ao contínuo processo de globalização. O Problema centra-se na questão da sobrevivência humana, demonstrando sua efetividade por intermédio do trabalho pela garantia de subsídios para a efetivação do bem estar pessoal e social. A solução resta-se pela amplitude dos direitos previdenciários nos acordos internacionais, a fim de garantir a plena satisfação dos benefícios.
