總結: The research investigated the legal factors of work in the occupational stress of forensic health professionals. The objective was to describe how the legal factors of work related to the occupational stress of forensic health professionals. Secondly, we sought to identify the main work factors that constitute occupational stressors for forensic health professionals. A systematic literature review was carried out with a meta-synthesis of a narrative approach to the data, based on the parameters of the Cochrane and PRISMA-P method, with eleven articles retrieved from the APA PsycNet, Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, Oxford Journals, and ScienceDirect databases, among the period from 1987 to 2020 from the descriptors mental health, forensic psychiatry, health personnel, psychological stress. As a result, occupational stressors that affect forensic health professionals can be divided into psychological, organizational, and legal categories. The theoretical conception of occupational stressors is multifaceted such as organizational, psychological, and legal, as it evaluates, analyzes, and emphasizes one of these aspects of occupational stressors, depending on the theory. It was concluded that evidence shows that legal occupational stressors at work directly influence the health-disease process of forensic health professionals in relation to their mental health.
