Riassunto: | The purpose of this study were evaluate the nutritional value of Oats (Avena sativa), Italian Ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum) and Radish (Raphanus sativus), through chemistry, degradability and in vitro gas production. The samples were collected in August 2017 and separated between stem and leaf. Bromatological fissures were carried out in the 7 Laboratory of Bromatology and Animal Nutrition of the Federal University of the Fronteira Sul, campus Erechim-RS, the bromatological composition was quantified. Subsequently, no Animal Nutrition Laboratory at the University of São Paulo Nuclear Energy Center (LANA/CENA/USP) in Piracicaba-SP, carried out research on the production of gases (PG) and the true degradability of the material. "in vitro", with substrates due to incubated in glass bottles (160 mL) in the presence of buffer solution and ovine ruminal inoculum. Gas production and degradability were significantly higher for oats and italian ryegrass.Radish presented lower results probably due to the glycosinolates presents in its composition. In this way, oat and ryegrass should continue to be used in ruminant diets. |
