Crynodeb: This text approaches the contributions of Paulo Freire (1921-1997) to the formation in the Education of Youths and Adults (EJA) according to the pedagogical or methodological practice that took place in the classroom. Thus, our general objective is to analyze the formation of Youth and Adult Education regarding its pedagogical or methodological practice used by educators that took place within the school space. In this requirement, the following problem question is formulated: what is the pedagogical or methodological practice used by educators in the training of individuals in EJA? The EJA methodology gains centrality as a category of analysis and as a training activity for young peopleand adults. Bibliographic research was chosen to collect information, by reading books, articlesand scientific journals by renowned authors such as: Cavalcante (2016), Paulo Freire (2020), Hannah Arendt (2021) and Dickmann and Dickmann (2019). The methodological or pedagogical practice needs to reach its fullness, it needs to be seen as something efficient and effective, meeting the needs of young people and adults. In this vein, the training of young people and adults ends up becoming more inclusive and equitable in a capitalist society in contemporary society.
