Résumé: | The present Doctoral Thesis aims to study the relationship between architecture, cultural spaces, and landscape, with a specific investigative focus on museum management. By analyzing the Quinta da Boa Vista and its exhibition spaces, the intention is to deepen the studies on management models in contemporary times, considering the concept of a museum-park. By integrating landscape, architecture, and material culture, management tools will be adapted to current demands for social use and local development, with the aim of safeguarding heritage by connecting the past and memory while respecting cultural legacies and the spirit of the place. Therefore, this thesis is based on studies that will provide guidelines for the development of a museum management plan. In order to ensure legibility, integrity, and visibility, guidelines have been established for the preservation and conservation of the Quinta da Boa Vista. |
