Izvleček: | Electronic devices are essential technologies in the daily life of contemporary society, being present in different solutions such as communication, transportation, automation, among others. This popularization is due to technological advances in areas such as electricity and the study of materials. But for improvements in electronics to continue to emerge and for quality safety to exist, it is important to study the components that make up an electronic device. The printed circuit board is one of the main components whose function is to hold and connect electronic components by means of tracks. In this sense, this work aims to analyze the behavior of potential short circuits in printed circuit board tracks, since this can be a fault that is detrimental to the performance of electronics. For this analysis, prototypes of single-sided boards with different shortcircuit levels were developed and electrical impedance spectroscopy was used as the measurement tool. Although this technique is innovative for measurements for this purpose, it proved to be efficient and capable of detecting short-circuit levels in tracks, based on data analysis using statistical and machine learning tools. The use of impedance spectroscopy for this purpose could be used in future work to compare results on other models of printed circuit boards and even on a commercial application board. |
