The increasing volume of documents produced by individuals and companies has heightened the need for efficient solutions for digital file management. This work aims to present the development of a web-based record management system using the Java programming language, providing a centralized environment to store, organize, and control records online. The justification for this development lies in the need to facilitate the allocation, sharing, and management of digital documents, especially considering the exponential growth in the production of such files and the need to access them quickly. Currently, many of these tasks are performed manually. The developed system includes features such as access control, secure file storage, organization by expiration dates, and a history of modified versions. The results obtained include the automation of document organization and control processes, contributing to user efficiency and productivity. The project was developed using the Spring framework for the back-end and React for the front-end.
