Resumo: This paper presents the study of the development of a workstation that is part of a assembly line inside a metallurgical company. The study is intended to assess the characteristics used for the technical design of the machine through the analysis of the various components that were used in the construction of the station. It briefly describes the main components, showing their advantages and disadvantages. This proposal aims to meet the needs of knowledge formation, and also to assess whether the components employed were not undersized or over-sized.
