The mathematics curriculum from the perspective of the experts: scenes of the preparation of the curriculum proposal for the teaching of mathematics 1st. degree (São Paulo, 1980's)

Summary: Studies on the curriculum, in particular on the mathematics curriculum, have been guided by analyzes that do not include investigations directly linked to the processes and dynamics involved in the systematization of knowledge for teaching and training teachers. For this, it is necessary to investigate the curricular documentation through historical studies, facing the challenge that the historian Jacques Le Goff (1996) called the transition from the analysis of monuments to documents. This article analyzes some aspects of the process of developing new knowledge for teacher training and for teaching mathematics, consolidated in the Curriculum Proposal of the state of São Paulo in the 1980s. With the direct election of new governors, there is a moment decisive step in the resumption of democracy. Thus, the period involves state policy initiatives to prepare educational documentation that could move away from times of military dictatorship. The study brings together empirical material from the experts who drafted the Proposal. It is concluded by showing new processes that started to include teachers and their experiences of pedagogical practices, reacting to the organization of mathematics organized for teaching systematized by experts.

Les études sur le curriculum, en particulier sur le curriculum de mathématiques, ont été guidées par des analyses qui n'incluent pas d'enquêtes directement liées aux processus et dynamiques impliqués dans la systématisation des savoirs pour l'enseignement et la formation des enseignants. Pour cela, il est nécessaire d'enquêter sur la documentation curriculaire à travers des études historiques, face au défi que l'historien Jacques Le Gof (1996) a appelé le passage de l'analyse des monuments aux documents. Cet article analyse certains aspects du processus de développement de nouveaux savoirs pour la formation des enseignants et pour l'enseignement des mathématiques, consolidés dans la proposition de programme de l'État de São Paulo dans les années 1980. Avec l'élection directe de nouveaux gouverneurs, il y a un moment décisif dans la reprise de la démocratie. Ainsi, la période implique des initiatives politiques de l'État pour préparer une documentation curriculaire qui pourrait s'éloigner des temps de dictature militaire. L'étude rassemble le matériel empirique des experts qui ont rédigé la proposition. En conclusion, il existe de nouveaux processus qui intègrent désormais les enseignants et leurs expériences de pratiques pédagogiques, en réaction à l'organisation des mathématiques organisée pour un enseignement systématisé par des experts.   Os estudos sobre o currículo, em particular, aqueles sobre o currículo de matemática, têm sido pautados por análises que não incluem investigações diretamente ligadas aos processos e dinâmicas envolvidos na sistematização de saberes para o ensino e para a formação de professores. Para tal, há que investigar a documentação curricular por meio de estudos históricos, enfrentando o desafio que o historiador Jacques Le Goff (1996) denominou a passagem da análise de monumentos a documentos. Este artigo analisa alguns aspectos do processo de elaboração de novos saberes para a formação de professores e para o ensino de matemática consolidados na Proposta Curricular do estado de São Paulo na década de 1980. Momento decisivo de retomada da democracia, com a eleição direta de novos governadores, o período envolve iniciativas das políticas estaduais em elaborar documentação educacional que pudesse afastar-se de tempos de ditadura militar. O estudo reúne material empírico vindo dos experts que elaboraram a Proposta. Conclui-se por evidenciar novos processos que passaram a incluir professores e suas experiências de práticas pedagógicas, reagindo à organização da matemática organizada para o ensino sistematizada pelos experts.
