Summary: | Psychological support services advise schools/universities in dealing with behavioral problems, academic and professional orientation of students/students, helping them to develop social, emotional, mental and cognitive skills in academia. The research aims to evaluate the level of psychological intervention of educational institutions in the face of psychological problems of students and other users. It is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach using semi-structured interviews, applied to 40 subjects, six university professors, six secondary school teachers, six primary school teachers, six university students, six secondary school students and ten supervisors. education, all residents of the city of Nampula-Mozambique and over 18 years old. The analysis and processing of the interviews was performed using the Saldaña (2013) coding method. With the study we realized that many educational institutions do not have psychological support services for students and other school actors. It is opportune that school institutions, in coordination with government entities, provide spaces for seeking psychological support within academia. Based on this observation, there is an urgent need to develop projects and programs that ensure preventive actions, incorporating psychologists and related professionals into the school environment to ensure the health of the school and the community. |

La investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar el nivel de intervención psicológica de las instituciones educativas ante los problemas psicológicos de los estudiantes y otros usuarios. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo con enfoque fenomenológico, utilizando entrevistas semiestructuradas, aplicadas a 40 sujetos, seis profesores universitarios, seis profesores de secundaria, seis profesores de primaria, seis estudiantes universitarios, seis estudiantes de secundaria y diez supervisores de educación, todos residentes de la ciudad de Nampula-Mozambique y mayores de 18 años. El análisis y procesamiento de las entrevistas se realizó mediante el método de codificación de Saldaña (2013). Con el estudio nos dimos cuenta que muchas instituciones educativas no cuentan con servicios de apoyo psicológico a los estudiantes y demás actores escolares. Es oportuno que las instituciones escolares, en coordinación con las entidades gubernamentales, brinden espacios de búsqueda de apoyo psicológico dentro de la academia. Con base en esta observación, urge desarrollar proyectos y programas que aseguren acciones preventivas, incorporando psicólogos y profesionales afines al ámbito escolar para velar por la salud de la escuela y la comunidad.Os serviços de apoio psicológico assessoram as escolas/universidades no enfrentamento dos problemas comportamentais, de orientação escolar e profissional dos alunos/estudantes, ajudando-os a desenvolverem habilidades sociais, emocionais, mentais e cognitivas na academia. A pesquisa visa avaliar o nível de intervenção psicológica das instituições de ensino face aos problemas psicológicos dos alunos e outros utentes. É um estudo qualitativo com enfoque fenomenológico com o recurso da entrevista semi-estruturada, aplicada a 40 sujeitos destes, seis professores universitários, seis professores do ensino secundário, seis do ensino primário, seis estudantes universitários, seis alunos do ensino secundário e dez encarregados de educação, todos residentes na cidade de Nampula-Moçambique e maiores de 18 anos. A análise e o processamento das entrevistas foram feitos a partir do método de codificação de Saldaña (2013). Com o estudo percebemos que muitas instituições de ensino não possuem serviços de apoio psicológico aos alunos e outros intervenientes escolares. É oportuno que as instituições escolares em coordenação com as entidades governamentais proporcionem espaços de busca de apoio psicológico dentro da academia.
