Resumo: | Work that analyzes the educational reforms triggered from 2016 in Brazil. It discusses the strategy of the business sector and its role in building consensus around its agenda, highlighting the Movement for the Base and how the BNCC theme gains centrality in the reform project. It analyzes the context of the enactment of the High School Reform, adopting the assumption that Law 13,415/2017 was a broad law of education reform in the country. By introducing the BNCC, the reform of secondary education triggered a broad reform of basic education, consolidating the business project focused on global tests, standardized assessments, accountability, as well as the flexibility of the curriculum, which occurred with the introduction of itineraries. training in high school. Curricular flexibility expands the possibilities of privatization of education with public-private partnerships and for distance learning. The reform reached higher education, especially with the enactment of the BNC – formation aligned with the BNCC matrices. Finally, it briefly presents some of the recent struggles and resistances of educators and social movements to this broad project of corporate education reform. |

Discute a estratégia do setor empresarial e sua atuação na construção dos consensos em torno de sua agenda, com destaque para o Movimento pela Base e de como o tema da BNCC ganha centralidade no projeto da reforma educacional. Analisa o contexto da promulgação da Reforma do Ensino Médio, adotando o pressuposto de que a Lei 13.415/2017 foi uma lei ampla de reforma do ensino no país. Ao introduzir a BNCC, a Reforma do Ensino Médio disparou uma ampla reforma na Educação Básica, consolidando o projeto empresarial centrado nos testes globais, nas avaliações padronizadas, na responsabilização escolar e docente, como também, na flexibilização do currículo, o que se deu com a introdução dos itinerários formativos no Ensino Médio. A flexibilização curricular amplia as possibilidades de privatização do ensino com as parcerias publico-privadas e para a educação à distância. A reforma atingiu o Educação Superior, sobretudo com a promulgação da BNC – formação alinhada às matrizes da BNCC. Por fim, o artigo apresenta, de forma breve, algumas das lutas e resistências recentes dos educadores e dos movimentos sociais a esse projeto amplo de reforma empresarial da educação.
