Partindo do conceito de transgressão e sua relação com o interdito, tenta-se observar uma estrutura nesses dois movimentos na obra de Georges Bataille. Isso implica dizer que haveria um movimento estrutural entre os conceitos que permite também pensar uma escritura da transgressão na literatura. Assim, usando teóricos como Jacques Derrida, Gilles Deleuze, Sigmund Freud e o próprio Georges Bataille, além de escritores como Georges Perec, Raymond Queneau e Anne Carson, busca-se entender como opera essa estrutura da transgressão. A partir dessa estrutura, podemos observar a operação da escritura da transgressão. Para isso, faz-se a leitura da Suma Ateológica de Georges Bataille ao lado de gêneros diversos, como o ensaio e seus teóricos Theodor Adorno e Michel de Montaigne, e o diário, com os Diários de Franz Kafka. Dessa forma, tenta-se compreender, na obra de Georges Bataille, as possibilidades de uma estrutura e de uma escritura da transgressão que possa abrir o horizonte da criação literária.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES).This thesis seeks to understand the concepts of structure and writing of transgression in the work of Georges Bataille. Starting from the concept of transgression and its relationship with the interdict, we try to observe a structure in these two movements in the work of Georges Bataille. This implies that there would be a structural movement between the concepts that allows also to think a writing of transgression in literature. Thus, using theorists such as Jacques Derrida, Gilles Deleuze, Sigmund Freud and Georges Bataille himself, as well as writers such as Georges Perec, Raymond Queneau and Anne Carson, we seek to understand how this structure of transgression operates. From this structure we can observe the operation of the writing of transgression. For this, the Summa Atheologica of Georges Bataille is read alongside several genres, such as the essay and its theorists Theodor Adorno and Michel de Montaigne, and the diary, with the Diaries of Franz Kafka. Thus, we try to understand, in the work of Georges Bataille, the possibilities of a structure and a scripture of transgression that can open the horizon of literary creation.Le présent mémoire cherche à comprendre les concepts de structure et d’écriture de la transgression dans l’œuvre de Georges Bataille. Partant du concept de transgression et de son rapport avec l’interdit, on tente d’observer une structure de ces deux mouvements dans l’œuvre de Georges Bataille. Cela implique de dire qu’il y aurait un mouvement structurel entre les concepts qui permet aussi de penser une écriture de transgression dans la littérature. Aussi, en utilisant des théoriciens comme Jacques Derrida, Gilles Deleuze, Sigmund Freud et Georges Bataille lui-même, ainsi que des écrivains comme Georges Perec, Raymond Queneau et Anne Carson, on cherche à comprendre comment fonctionne cette structure de la transgression. A partir de cette structure, nous pouvons observer le fonctionnement de l’écriture de la transgression. Pour cela, on fait la lecture de la Somme Athéologique de Georges Bataille aux côtés de genres divers, comme l’essai et ses théoriciens Theodor Adorno et Michel de Montaigne, et le journal avec les Journaux de Franz Kafka.
