With the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic and the new global need to remain in quarantine, new strategies were adopted by the health area to serve their patients and reduce the rates of contagion in society and the agglomeration of people in closed places. The development of virtual service platforms began to be put into practice in order to eliminate the need for costly and unnecessary face-to-face visits, thus seeking the efficiency of these systems and quick development to make them available as soon as possible and with low production costs. In this project, it is proposed a complete application for video care of patients from the most diverse areas of health, which consists on the development of a web platform for doctors and a mobile application for patients. The platform uses Javascript frameworks that, in addition to centralizing development in just one programming language, also facilitates project maintenance and provides the development team with rapid productivity.
