Summary: Nanotechnology is the control of small-scale matter as atomic and molecular. She works in the development of materials and components for various areas of knowledge such as electronics, catalysis, medicine and other areas. Being one of the most benefited electronics. The application of nanotechnology in electronics has brought new concepts to the area allowing to minimize electronic devices, use of semiconductors, conductors, diodes, transistors and other components built in small scales, it can be observed that they are presented smaller and lighter, and more efficient. This technology is increasingly being improved, as all tests show that materials thus converted to nanoscale are more efficient in their performance.

Universidade Federal de Santa Maria2020-02-07info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersiontext/htmlhttps://periodicos.ufsm.br/cienciaenatura/article/view/e25-4059410.5902/2179460X40594Ciência e Natura; Vol. 42 (2020): SPECIAL EDITION: III PROJECT REPORTS UFSM – CAMPUS CACHOEIRA DO SUL; e25Ciência e Natura; v. 42 (2020): CIÊNCIA E NATURA: EDIÇÃO ESPECIAL: III MOSTRA DE PROJETOS DA UFSM – CAMPUS CACHOEIRA DO SUL; e252179-460X0100-8307reponame:Revista Ciência e Natura (Online)instname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMporhttps://periodicos.ufsm.br/cienciaenatura/article/view/e25-40594/htmlCopyright (c) 2019 Ciência e Naturainfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessKremer, Ingridi dos SantosRosa, Eloisa daMaldaner, SilvanaQuadros, Glauber Rodrigues deFabris, LucinéiaCardoso, Lucas TavaresBoita, Jocenir2021-02-10T05:19:04Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/40594Revistahttps://periodicos.ufsm.br/cienciaenatura/indexPUBhttps://periodicos.ufsm.br/cienciaenatura/oaicienciaenatura@ufsm.br || centraldeperiodicos@ufsm.br2179-460X0100-8307opendoar:2021-02-10T05:19:04Revista Ciência e Natura (Online) - Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)false
