Esse artigo tem como objetivo contribuir com o debate em torno da perscrutação das feições fabulatórias dos jogos de memória no ato de etno-fotografar. Emerge aí o confronto entre o tempo subjetivo da antropóloga, mulher letrada, oriunda de camadas médias, intelectualizada, e o tempo subjetivo das mulheres foco deste estudo, mulheres de camadas populares, semi-alfabetizadas, pobres e encarceradas. Problematizar o sentido daquilo que é narrado pelo etnógrafo como “dado etnográfico” e o caráter interpretativo que está por trás das situações sociais e culturais de violências urbanas, eis o exercício proposto aqui por meio da discussão de uma experiência do uso dos recursos de uma máquina fotográfica em campo, onde o processo de confecção de imagens revela aspectos sobre a própria etnografia (etnofotografia). Memória.   Ethno Photographic Experience in Women´s Prision   Abstract   This article aims to contribute to the discussion surround the scanning of the fable features of memory games in the ethno photographing act. There emerges the confrontation between the subjective time of the anthropologist, a literate and intellectual woman, coming from middle class, and the subjetive time of the women who are focus of this stude, semi-illiterate, poor and imprisioned women, originated from lower classes. Problematize the meaning of what is narrated by the ethnographer as ethnographic data and the interpretative character that lies behind the social and cultural situations of urban violence, that is the exercise proposed here by discussing the experience of using the camera resources in field, where the process of elaborating images reveals aspects about the own ethnography (ethno photographic).
