O mercado agrícola português necessita ser estimulado por via da criação de novas empresas com ideias claras e sustentadas, fomentando novas atividades, por forma a alterar o panorama agrícola nacional e a torná-lo numa alavanca para toda a economia portuguesa. O presente trabalho de projeto visa a elaboração do plano de negócios da House Fruit que se dedicará à produção de frutos silvestres (framboesas e mirtilos) e plantas aromáticas (erva príncipe; erva cidreira; tomilho-limão; e, hortelã-pimenta). Esta ambiciona fazer chegar os seus produtos ao mercado nacional e a mercados internacionais (norte da Europa), aproveitando as boas condições do clima português. Após o estudo de viabilidade económica e financeira pode-se concluir que a House Fruit cumpre todos os critérios de elegibilidade e aceitação pelo que se pode considerar um empreendimento com elevado potencial de sucesso. Com um investimento global no valor de 190.340,70€, é um projeto viável com um VAL 175.509,52€ e uma TIR 37,37%; ABSTRACT: The Portuguese agricultural market needs to be stimulated through the creation of new businesses and supported with clear ideas, fostering new activities, in order to change the landscape of national agricultural and turn it into one lever for the whole Portuguese economy. This research project aims to develop the business plan of the House Fruit, who will dedicate to the production of berries (raspberries and blueberries) and aromatic plants (lemongrass, lemon balm, lemon thyme, and peppermint). The company aims to put their products on the domestic and international markets (northern Europe), taking advantage of the good Portuguese weather conditions. After the economic and financial viability study we can conclude that the House Fruit meets all eligibility criteria and acceptance, so we can consider a business with high potential for success. With a total investment of € 190,340.70, it is a viable project with a NPV of € 175,509.52 and a 37.37% IRR.
