In this study “R programming” language was introduced to analyze the dispersion and concentrations of Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), pH, temperature, nutrients (nitrate, nitrite and phosphate), turbidity and Chlorophyll (Chla). Analysis of water sample for the last three decades indicate that the concentration and dispersion of above parameters reached abnormal level and outstripped the allowable limit of International coastal cater water quality standards.
