Many studies address m-payment but most focus on the user adoption phase. We seek to understand individual performance with the combination of the task-technology fit model and the culture-technology fit. This will enable us to determine how culture impacts performance. The research methodology is based on an online survey questionnaire with 199 participants. The results show that technology characteristics play a role in TTF, and TTF influences the use and individual performance.
