The COVID-19 pandemic further accelerated this trend, prompting a surge in online activity as individuals sought connection and entertainment lost in its traditional in-person form in virtual spaces. Twitch, a prominent live streaming platform with a primary focus on video gaming content, experienced remarkable growth during this period. This thesis aims to enhance the understanding of digital consumer behavior through adverse conditions caused by a pandemic crisis by analyzing three distinct periods within the virus timeline. Topic modeling and sentiment analysis techniques are employed to explore the focus of audience attention and seek to comprehend the emotional dynamics of the audience.
