UM RAIO NÃO CAI NO MESMO LUGAR? A HISTÓRIA DE VIDA DE RAIMUNDA, ASSEDIADA MORAL E SEXUALMENTE EM TODOS OS SEUS LOCAIS DE TRABALHO

Apesar de se tratar de um fenômeno complexo e antigo, a temática dos assédios moral e sexual nas organizações ainda é silenciada e pouco problematizada na Administração. Nesse sentido, objetivamos com este artigo analisar as diferentes situações de assédio moral e sexual sofridas por uma mulher em sua trajetória profissional de 23 anos trabalhando em quatro empresas distintas. Por meio de um estudo qualitativo, realizamos uma análise de conteúdo da história de vida de Raimunda, que totalizou em aproximadamente 15 horas de relato. A partir da análise dos dados, verificamos a presença de elementos que corroboram a persistência de situações de assédio moral e sexual, muitas vezes incompreendidas, e que levaram a vítima a ter diferentes tipos de reações, como enfrentamento, resiliência, culpabilização, naturalização e silenciamento, além de entender como os impactos dessas agressões causam danos à saúde física e mental da vítima. Refletimos também sobre a divisão sexual do trabalho e as desigualdades de gênero como elementos centrais dos assédios moral e sexual, enquanto uma violência de gênero e uma manifestação discriminatória, que implica na reprodução de estereótipos e papeis de gênero. Assim, esperamos que este estudo auxilie no fortalecimento de um campo de estudos ainda incipiente e ajude a melhorar a compreensão desse fenômeno. Almejamos também aumentar a visibilidade, a conscientização, a prevenção e a punição desse tipo de violência no contexto empresarial, a fim de que Raimundas, Marias e outras mulheres sejam encorajadas a contar suas histórias e a denunciar os casos de abusos nas organizações.Does a Lightning not Strike in the Same Place? Raimunda's Life Story, Morally and Sexually Harassed in All Her WorkplacesABSTRACTAlthough it is a complex and old phenomenon, the issue of mobbing and sexual harassment in organizations is still silenced and little problematized in Business. In this sense, inspired by the study by Teixeira and Rampazo (2017), this article aims to analyze the different situations of mobbing and sexual harassment suffered by a woman in her 23-year professional career working in four different companies. By means of a qualitative study, we conducted a content analysis of Raimunda's life story, which totaled approximately 15 hours of reporting. From the data analysis, we verified the presence of elements that corroborate the persistence of situations of moral and sexual harassments, often misunderstood, and that led the victim to have different types of reactions, such as confrontation, resilience, blaming, naturalization and silencing, besides understanding how the impacts of these aggressions cause damage to the victim's physical and mental health. We also reflected on the sexual division of labor and gender inequalities as central elements of moral and sexual harassment, while gender violence and discriminatory manifestation, which implies the reproduction of stereotypes and gender roles. Thus, we hope this study will help strengthen a still incipient field of study, improving the understanding of this phenomenon. We also aim to increase the visibility, awareness, prevention and punishment of such violence in the business context, so that Raimundas, Marias and other women are encouraged to tell their stories and to report cases of abuse in organizations.
