Summary: Vietnamese Law deals with filing for the commencement of bankruptcy procedures for an enterprise or cooperative. However, the regulations on the entities with the right and obligation to file for commencing bankruptcy procedures are still inadequate, incomplete, outdated, or not in line with international development. It leads to many difficulties and problems in practical application that need to be amended and supplemented for improvement.
