Resumo: Vocabulary analyzes the specialized for knowledge representation within the legal department as query language, that in order to represent concepts through terms to obtain a consistent language and compatible demand in specialized areas. Focusing on the analysis of the terminology of legal systems presented in Decimal Universal Classification (UDC) and Decimal Classification of Law and / or Doris Classification (CDDir) according to the Civil Procedure Code. Regarding to methodology, it was characterized by a bibliographical and documental research, in scope of the work goals, it was characterized by a descriptive and exploratory research, with comparative procedure, and also qualitative approach. Thus, it was analyzed identified terms in the Civil Procedure Code, included in the Appeal Zone. According to the achieved results analized, it was possible to perceive some aspects, such as the systems temporality, training concept, the hierarchical relationship, the equivalence relation, etc.., and thus achieving the main purpose of this study. It concludes that the systems classification, UDC and CDDir, may be compatible with the Civil Procedure Code.

It concludes that the systems classification, UDC and CDDir, may be compatible with the Civil Procedure Code.Analiza el vocabulario especializado para la representación del conocimiento en el ámbito del área Jurídica como lenguaje de búsqueda, esto debido a una representación de conceptos por medio de términos, con el fin de obtener un lenguaje consistente y compatible con la demanda en áreas especializadas. Centrado en el análisis de las terminologías del área jurídica presentes en los sistemas de Clasificación Decimal Universal (CDU) y Clasificación Decimal del Derecho y/o Clasificación Doris (CDDir) a la luz del Código de Procedimiento Civil. En cuanto a la metodología, se caracterizó como una investigación bibliográfica y documental, en cuanto a sus objetivos, como descriptiva y exploratoria, con procedimiento comparativo y, también, enfoque cualitativo. Así, se analizaron los términos identificados en el Código de Procedimiento Civil, comprendidos en la subárea de Recursos. A partir del análisis de los resultados obtenidos, fue posible destacar algunos aspectos, tales como: la temporalidad de los sistemas, la formación de conceptos, la relación jerárquica, la relación de equivalencia, y así, alcanzar el objetivo principal de este estudio. Se concluye que los sistemas de clasificación CDU y CDDir pueden considerarse compatibles en relación con el Código de Procedimiento Civil.Analisa o vocabulário especializado para a representação do conhecimento no âmbito da área Jurídica como linguagem de busca, isso em razão de uma representação de conceitos por meio de termos, tendo em vista a obtenção de uma linguagem consistente e compatível com a demanda em áreas especializadas. Com foco na análise das terminologias da área jurídica presentes nos sistemas Classificação Decimal Universal (CDU) e Classificação Decimal de Direito e/ou Classificação da Doris (CDDir) à luz do Código de Processo Civil. Com relação à metodologia, caracterizou-se como uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, quanto aos seus objetivos, como descritiva e exploratória, com procedimento comparativo e, ainda, abordagem qualitativa. Assim, foram analisados os termos identificados no Código de Processo Civil, compreendidos na subárea dos Recursos. Baseando-se na análise dos resultados obtidos, foi possível destacar alguns aspectos, tais como: a temporalidade dos sistemas, a formação do conceito, a relação hierárquica, a relação de equivalência, e dessa maneira, atingindo o objetivo principal deste estudo.
