They are faced with loss of the aesthetic joviality, appearance of wrinkles, expression lines, white hair, and other physical changes, which conduce the increase consumption of cosmetics products by this audience that seeks to elevate their self-esteem and feel socially included. This study will be presented in the form of two chapters, the first one in order to understand the influence of emotional factors throughout the stages of cosmetics purchase decision process that mitigate the aesthetic effects of aging in women belonging to economic class C.
