Sažetak: | The present work aimed to evaluate the socio-economic impact on IDESE indicators of the application of public resources in the areas of education and health in the municipalities of União da Serra and André da Rocha. As a methodology, classified research was used, in relation to technical procedures, in documentary research, as quantitative, guided by applied literature in the development of concepts and values inserted in textual considerations. In data collection, data was used from official and governmental websites, from IdeseVis maintained by the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in addition, secondary data was used regarding budget revenues and expenses available on the website of the Court of Auditors of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. The results present the IDESE indicators for the years 2019 to 2021 of the studied municipalities, which even with almost identical populations and similar resource applications, the indicators for the health and education blocks are different, automatically generating different IDESE indicators, where taking the base year 2021, the municipality of União da Serra occupies position 28 and the municipality of André da Rocha occupies position 56 in the State ranking. Showing better use of resources by the municipality of União da Serra. In summary, the research showed how the application of financial resources in the areas of health and education affects IDESE indicators. |
