Zusammenfassung: | Currently approximately 12% of the population has some type of physical disability, this represents a significant number of people who depend directly on engineering and development of projects related to assistive technology. Therefore, the present The main objective of this work is to elaborate the mechanical design of an elevator winch. transport with adaptations for physiotherapy and movement recovery. The procedure will have as a basis for the products already on the market, thus, by a programming in stages of development, the study of the existing literature in the area of the disabled is initially carried out. Physics and assistive technology, the study of the implementation of a system will also be included. detachable railings to the project, as well as the possibility of working as a body support, so that in addition to transporting people with disabilities, the equipment can work on partial recovery or correction of walking movement. The equipment project was carried out using a product development method, specifically the phases of planning, concept, design and detailing, where the requirements for design, the concept for the hoist, final design and detailing, respectively. The work results in the elaboration of the 3D model of the equipment, performing a product manufacturing cost assessment as well as comparing with similar models on the market. |
