الملخص: | Faced with the current scenario of the industry where there is great market competitiveness, the search for tools that optimize production processes has been highly sought after. More and more companies are looking for ways to increase their productivity, and for that efficient machines and tools are extremely important. Thus, this work aims to develop the design of an industrial polisher, in order to optimize the polishing process of the parts, facilitating the surface finish and consequently giving added value to the product. The project will be carried out following the design methodology of Pahl and Beitz, where the stages of planning, conception, design and detailing are addressed, filtering those that best meet the needs of the equipment design. As a result, it was possible to obtain all the necessary information to carry out the detailing of the equipment components, making its manufacture possible, together with the estimated cost for the manufacture, although the prototype of the equipment was not manufactured. |
