Sumari: This article seeks to analyze the ways in which the verbal, imagery and sound utterances together, are important for the construction of meaning in a cinematographic work produced and released for the cinema screens in the year of 2002. To this end, a bibliographical, descriptive and theoretical research is carried out, in which two scenes from the movie Spirit: The Stallion of the Cimarron, released in 2002 by the DreamWorks studio, and its music/soundtrack in general, will be analyzed. Having him as the main author, the project will be based on the work Speech Genres by Mikhail Bakhtin, and in the text by José Luiz Fiorin Introduction to Bakhtin's Thought. As for the former, the analysis will focus on the concept of language/language. In addition, theoretical support will also be based on scientific articles of recent publication that evoke the proposed theme.
