Resumo: | This study highlights the relevance of project cost management analysis in a leading global company in the meat processing sector. The focus is to contribute to the development of management strategies, from the perspective of a project manager. Therefore, the research: will it be viable to ensure that resources are used as previously determined, maintaining a variation that is aligned with the established margin, aiming to optimize project efficiency? The research aims to diagnose the current cost management system, implement an agile methodology, use Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to measure efficiency and evaluate opportunities for improvement. The methodology involves exploratory research, a qualitative-quantitative approach and data analysis with the SAGEPE software, emphasizing the cruciality of DEA in identifying efficiencies. The importance of the proposed action measures is concluded, aimed at overcoming challenges, boosting efficiency, improving financial performance and increasing the organization's competitiveness. |
