Summary: | The feminist critique in film, literature, the media and the arts has helped to show the central role of sexuality in the process of subjectivity and 2 identity of women. Virginia is a metaphor for instigating naturalization of male supremacy engendered historically in the construction of gender as a social category. This article aims to bring the cinema to the classroom through the reflections introduced by the image-object, stays, stereotypes and representations of the surrounding reality. It also aims to not only re-think the form, content, and strategies of the films, but its importance as a tool/instrument in relation to possible uses of these technologies in school. |
