Sumari: | This work deals with the childhood judicialization in Brazil. This process would include not only the inscription of the lives of children and adolescents in the legal, juridical and political Brazilian sphere throughout the corpus of laws, decrees and jurisprudence, as would consider them as social and political actors. This dissertation is concerned to follow how a discursive field and an institutional network guided and directed the process of judicialization. We followed and analyzed the documentation produced (Codes, Constitution, Laws, Statutes, Iconography) between 1920 and 1990, aiming at presenting a summary of the historicity of that process, considering the contribution of juridical, educational and assistance fields. |
